Mission to Croatia of the Recovery and Resilience Facility Working Group of the European Parliament, 16-18 February 2026

Delegation of the standing working group of the Committee on Budgets and of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs of the European Parliament on

the scrutiny of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, visited ARPA on 17 February 2026 in the context of their mission to Croatia.

The delegation had the opportunity to learn more about ARPA’s role in the implementation of the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) in Croatia and in  discussions with the deputy Ms Helena-Marija Imenjak Puškarić and colleague Ms Sara Sirovica Kranjčec on the audit of this innovative budgetary instrument.

The insights from ARPA provided important elements for gaining a better understanding of RRF implementation on the ground, which will be of great value for the discussions on the EU’s Multiannual Financial Framework post-2027.
