Agency for Audit of European Union Programmes Implementation System whose registered office is at the address Alexandera von Humboldta 4/V, 10000 Zagreb, PIN 94432282335 (hereinafter: ARPA) tries to make its web pages accessible in accordance with the Act on the accessibility of the website and programme solutions for mobile devices of the public sector bodies of the Republic of Croatia (”Official Gazette“, no. 17/19) (hereinafter: Act) transposing the Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 26 October 2016, on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (SL L 327, 2.12.2016.).

The website http://www.arpa.hr/Default.aspx is to a larger extent compliant with the underlying Act with exceptions mentioned further below.

Non-accessible Content

The content mentioned further below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

·         A part of titles and text do not have the possibility to increase / decrease the size of letters;

·         A part of links is not underlined;

·         A part of documents in the web site is not machine readable;

·         Contrast in certain parts is not satisfactory.
